Add Your Design

We will be more than happy to help you share your embroidery designs with the world. Our only condition is that you are the legal copyright owner of the designs you are posting.

Here’re step-by-step instructions on how to add your embroidery designs to All Free Embroidery Designs.

STEP 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to the registration page.
2. Choose a username and enter your email address.
3. Wait for your password (it will be emailed to you).
4. Follow instructions in the confirmation email.

STEP 2: Upload Your Design

1. Have your design ready in a zip format.
2. Login to your account.
3. From the top menu, click the Upload button.
4. Follow instructions on that page to upload your design (choose “No thanks” for thumbnail option).
5. Copy the generated download code to your clipboard.

STEP 3: Showcase Your Design

1. Have an image/photo of your design ready in jpg, gif, or png format. (If you don’t have a photo of your design, skip to step 7, below.)
2. From the top menu, click on the Write button.
3. Enter a Title for your post.
4. From among the Quicktags, click on the Upload button.
5. Follow instructions to upload your image/photo (the only field you need to fill out is the File; you can leave everything else empty/in default).
6. On the next screen, click Add the thumbnail to your post. This will insert the appropriate HTML code inside the Post area.
7. Paste the download code (from STEP 2 above) inside the Post area, just below the image code you just generated.
8. Write a description of your design under your download code. (This step is optional.)
9. Choose under which categories to publish your post (check as many as applicable).
10. Click Save as Draft (ignore TrackBack).

That’s it! If this is your first post, it will go for approval before becoming “live” on our home page and all category pages that yor checked in STEP 3 above.
